Grenada Citizenship by Investment

Grenadian citizenship offers many benefits including access to a vibrant English-speaking market and a strong passport that offers visa-free travel to 127 countries including the People’s Republic of China. Grenada does not tax worldwide income and its Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Programme has no residency requirements.

We are well connected with all the key stakeholders in the Grenada CBI Programme and are able to assist our clients at each stage. Investors have two main options: a $150,000 donation to Grenada’s National Transformation Fund or a $350,000 investment in real estate. Through our strong presence on the island, GCS is able to help our clients navigate the investment opportunities. E-2 Visa

Grenada is an E-2 Treaty country to the United States. This means that Grenadian citizens can apply for an E-2 visa to own and operate a qualifying business in the United States. We are able to help clients from non-E-2 treaty countries such as China and India with getting an E-2 visa coupled with the Grenada CBI program.
